First Timers

  • We begin with a grounded warm-up that gradually builds heat and raises your heart rate, flow through yoga-inspired transitions, move into an expressive choreography section, and close with a calming meditation to reset and reconnect.

  • Wear comfortable, breathable clothing you can move and sweat in, and plan to dance barefoot or in socks. Make sure to bring a water bottle. You are welcome to bring your own mat, but the studio will have.

  • This class is for anyone — beginners, yogis, dancers, or total newcomers — who wants to move, connect, and feel more embodied.

  • Please arrive 10–15 minutes early, silence your phone, and enter the space with respect for yourself and others.
